Made-to-Order Policy

Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage
  • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we'll file a claim and send a replacement.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email support@mccrafted.com with subject line "Order Issue – [Order Number]". We aim to respond within one business day.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
